The Bone Density Measurement Department is equipped with the GE Lunar DPX-IQ ultrasonic machine with sophisticated software for specialized examinations. Bone density measurement by the DEXA method is an effective method for diagnosing and assessing the degree of osteoporosis. The measurement can be performed:
In the Lumbar Fossa of the Spine
In the right or left femoral hip
In the Right or Left forearm
DATA PROCESSING ANALYSIS
It takes place based on the (WHO) World Health Organization.
