Radiology department

MDmedical's radiology department is equipped with the modern Siemens Axiom Iconos radiology- radioscopy machine.
It guarantees the lowest possible dose of X-rays, using an automatic AEC radiation exposure system, for optimal quality and exclusion of X-ray repetition.

X-rays are performed in upright and supine positions, and the radiology table has an adjustable height for easy access.
Thanks to special image processing and filtering protocols, we can highlight, in a short time, any type of digital radiography.

Also the X-ray machine gives in "realtime", the overall picture of the patient's anatomy ( spine etc.) throughout the examination.
