BREAST ULTRASOUND
The examination should be conducted between the 8th and 12th day of your cycle.
On the day of the examination, you should bring with you a RECENT MAMMOGRAM from last year (findings and films).
TRIPLEX OF ABDOMINAL AORTA – RENAL VESSELS – ILIAC ARTERIES
The patient should fast for six (6) hours before the examination.
THYROID – NECK – SOFT TISSUE ULTRASOUND
No preparation required.
UPPER ABDOMINAL ULTRASOUND
The patient should fast for six (6) hours before the examination.
The day before, avoid consuming foods such as legumes, vegetables, fruits, dairy products and carbonated drinks.
LOWER ABDOMINAL ULTRASOUND
The patient should drink one (1) litre of water (not hastily) one to one and a half (1-1.5) hours before the appointment.
They should not urinate before the examination.
TRIPLEX OF VEINS / ARTERIES OF LOWER LIMBS / CAROTID-VERTEBRAL ARTERIES / SCROTUM
No preparation required.
